The following Yoga Programmes act as a guide as to what type of exercises can be provided. A tailor-made programme could be a combination of any of these.
1 - 1
45 minutes lesson. Minimum of 5 lessons required
Dand Betaks only. Indian body building squats and lunges for core strength and biceps, triceps, chest, back and leg muscles. This is an intense cardio and stretch workout for  physically fit persons only.
1 - 1
30 minutes lesson. Minimum of 5 lessons required
Yogic Jogging and Sun Salutation   (Surya Namaskar) only. Best all-round body exercise. Provides ample cardio and stretching. All categories of fitness acceptable except persons with blood pressure problems, back problems and/or heart conditions.

You will receive a COMPLIMENTARY FREE LESSON if your referral (person recommended by you) books a minimum of 10 lessons. Only applicable for 1-1 yoga lessons but not applicable to Businesses & Corporate.
Up to 16 people, minimum 9.

  1. 3.Any numbers greater than 9 would be on the basis of a larger public class normally based on the set programme as mentioned under Divine Exercises - Physical Yoga programme. The price of this class is negotiable depends on location, travelling costs etc.
