Our Divine Exercises Yoga Programme introduces three core areas which are complimentary but can also be done separately depending on your needs and objectives. Your current state of health and fitness will be ascertained in order to tailor a ‘specific to you and suitable well-being’ yoga schedule. It is our aim to make you realise and embrace the full potential of Divine Yoga which will incorporate not just exercises but also useful advice on nutrition, lifestyle and harmonious living.

In order to experience all 3 Core Areas we strongly recommend you book yourself onto one of the Yoga Camps which run from 5 to 10 days. Please refer to the ‘Rates‘ tab page on this website and select ‘Breathing Programmes‘ and/or “tailor-made Yoga Programmes’ for full details.

If you are a regular practitioner of any other exercise programmes, such as sports or gym, then these Divine Yoga exercises will compliment and strengthen them but could equally be used to completely replace them.

Core Area 1: Breathing Yoga - therapeutic manipulation of oxygen

The Main Pranayamas Programme (See ‘Rates’ page) as well as other additional pranayamas for other health conditions. These are specific breathing techniques which revitalise and exercise your internal organs and balances the hormonal system.

This programme, if preferred, can also be provided in a very spiritual and unique way through chanting of mantras and holy hymns personally sung by Ajay in Hindi, Punjabi and Sanskrit. This is an ideal way to gain deeper insight and concentration whilst breathing. If you would like to practise this way, in particular for the private group Yoga Camps, then please ask for details.

Core Area 2: Physical Yoga - combining cardio and flexibility

Sookshma Kriyas (Mini or minor exercises) for the gentler all body warm-up.

Yogic Jogging exercises for an active all body warm-up.

Yoga Asanas (Hatha Yoga) or postures to help you with back problems, weight loss and much more.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) for the best all-round body exercise to increase strength and flexibility.

Dands and Betaks (traditional Indian body building and toning exercises) for core strength and muscles.

For body building, the Dands and Betaks Programme is an ideal and unique addition to any gym routine and provides much squats and lunges where you will use your own body weight to gain superior core strength, muscular development and flexibility. This is a challenging hard core routine.

Core Area 3: Meditational & Focused Relaxation Yoga - scanning your body and mind

To help you unwind, relax and focus. The complete way to recharge your body and mind.

Yoga Nidra (Focused Relaxation/Sleep) which gives you a power nap equivalent to 4 hours sleep in this 30 minute session. Through deep concentration you scan your body with the power of your mind and breathe away those anxieties. Excellent for people suffering from anger, anxiety, addictions (such as smoking), depression, stress, insomnia and blood pressure problems.
